Privacy

Queueside runs online ordering for independent coffee shops. Each shop is the business you're buying from; we provide the ordering tools. This page explains what we collect when you order and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, to make and hand off your order, send order updates, and keep your loyalty points.
• Your email, only if you give it, to send your receipt. Marketing emails only if you check the box to opt in.
• Your car's color and make, and your curb spot, if you enter them, so the barista can find you. We remember your car for your next order at the same shop.
• What you ordered, when, and how much it cost.
• Reviews you choose to leave, shown with your first name and last initial.

Who sees it

• The shop you order from sees your order, name, phone, car and spot, and can export its customer list. Each shop only sees its own customers.
• Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
• Text messages and emails are sent through our messaging providers.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that shop.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
• Ask the shop, or us, to delete your information.
