Terms

For guests

• You're buying from the shop named on the menu. The shop makes your drinks and is responsible for them, including allergens and cottage food rules.
• Prices, taxes and an online ordering fee are shown before you pay. The ordering fee supports this ordering service and isn't a tip.
• Tips go to the shop.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the shop's policy shown on your order page.
• Loyalty points belong to the shop that issued them, have no cash value, and can't be transferred.
• Reviews must be about a real order and can't be abusive, off-topic, share private information, or advertise.

For shops

• No monthly fee. The platform collects an ordering fee on each drink and food item, paid by the guest or covered by the shop, as chosen in the shop designer.
• Shops are responsible for their menu, pricing, food safety and licensing, sales tax collection and remittance, and required labeling.
• Shops may remove reviews only for content-rule violations, not for being negative.
• Shops must have consent before sending marketing messages and must honor opt-outs.
• We may suspend shops that break these terms or the law.
